Pencil Case

I decided to make my own pencil case after I didn't find anything I liked in the shops:

Bigger, better image of case

Unicorn Detail

Lining

EDIT: Since many of you asked, I thought I'd out the pattern I used and how I got the unicorn on:

For the actual case part with the lining etc. I used the tutorial on
http://mellebugandme.wordpress.com/2007/08/03/a-very-funky-pencil-case-tutorial/

For the unicorn, I tried a self-made silk screen stencil first (from a really good tutorial on here), but it couldn't handle the fine detail and the paint splodged through, so I decide to try and use my computer:

I used the pen tool on the GIMP to make a path around the unicorn picture and filled it with white. I them deleted the layer with the original screenshot and added my own rainbow etc.

I then put a fine grey outline around the unicorn and cloud (it will make sense in a sec)

I then printed the design onto this special iron on paper that isn't the type  where you do a mirror print and iron. Instead you print you design on and cut it out (hence the grey outline, so I had a line to follow, I just cut inside it.) then peel it off the paper, put it on the fabric, put a piece of baking paper on top, iron for half a minute or so, leave to cool and voila! hehe

The ribbon and lace were just hand-sewn on.
