Swaps? Also: Needle Case!

craftgrrlI'm not sure if this belongs here or not, so my apologies if it doesn't.. but I figured this group would know what I'm looking for!
Do any of you participate in supply swaps? Specifically yarn swaps/trades? If so--where? I know that Craftster and Ravelry both have the trade/swap functions but it doesn't seem like they're very actively used. Any leads would help, as I'd rather not sell my excess yarn if I could trade it for something else instead.
Also, my most recent sewing FO, a needle case! I'm very proud of it :)
