Ongina hats?
I checked the FAQ/memories, and couldn't find this one. :)
Could someone tell me how to make the style hat that Ongina makes? Ongina was a contestant on RuPaul's Drag Race, known for wearing hats she made herself.
She basically takes... a string? a little black platform? and then whimsical accessories. But how does she attach everything?
