what to do with half of a beautiful little eggshell?

i found a beautiful shiny brown-ivory mottled eggshell on our lawn the other day. Bigger thana robin egg... i dont know what kind of bird it's from.

but one end is broken off just less than halfway down. i would love to make it into something but i am having a terrible time thinking of anything...

i will take a pic of it tomorrow if anyone wants to see it...

but does anyone have any ideas for cool things to do with little wild bird eggshells?
