craftgrrl | M&P SOAP

hi all! i tried my hand @ soap making today, unfortunately, i didn't have the first time charm that everyone else here has =(. everything i used is by "Life of the Party," from Michael's. first i poured clear glycerin into a dome mold, cooled, placed a laminated pic on top, spritzed w/ rubbing alcohol, then poured white glycerin on top. i set the tray under warm water to loosen, but ended up having to squeeze the mold, which left an impression on the soap and the mold! if you have some tips and can suggest any unscented M&P soap brands that don't smell toxic and some heavy duty molds---please help! Thanks!
