PLEASE READ!

How do you Ladies think they made the face/head for this ??? I want to make something with that shape of a head and i think its like a dart for the chin and another down to make the nose definately but i just totally befuggles me as to how they do the rest of the head. If u have any ideas of how to make any faces even just a little bit similar, PLEASE HELP ME! Plus here are some things ive already made . The No Face doll got me addicted!!!! ^_^
