The other day, I received this tiny piece of chocolate from my sister that was wrapped in this little square of paper featuring a Pablo Picasso painting. Enjoying the charm of this tiny painting... I saved it. Later that day, I ended up later seeing this roll of self-adhesive magnetic strip that I had bought at a craft store long ago (you can also buy similar sheets of magnets that can be easily cut into small pieces). I cut off a small piece, took off the backing as to reveal the adhesive on back, and stuck it to the piece of paper.

A new refrigerator magnet!

The possibilities are endless- just walk around your house and find small, fairly lightweight objects. I used pretty buttons, small rocks, and laminated some images I cut out of a magazine. You could also use clothespins (painted), photos, stamps or those clear flower vase gems (that I'm so completely obsessed with right now).
