ages ago, i found a link on how to cover a 12x12 scrapbook with fabric (like a lot of people do for sororities or weddings)..i need to do two of these this weekend and now i can not find ANYTHING about it. does anyone have directions for this? i know it involves fabric, ribbon, batting, and posterboard..but i can't remember the specifics.
