hmm...i was wondering if anyone ever considerd making a page where all the tutorials could be found, and people could submit them...and have one big tutorialtopia! I know it would help beginners like me...and i would do it but my skills are limited :(

is there a page like this that i dont know about..i know theres the memories section but that doesnt cover everything...
