Iron Ons Dropping Off

I have some really cute iron ons, which I ironed on some stretchable tee shirts. However, because there were some small thin parts, it looks like it is coming off.

Does anyone know how I can glue them back?
And with what type of glue?

Ps: You grrls do great work! This procrastinator is soo inspired!
