Hey all!

I've recently been using Etch-all on my own small glass enameled pieces to mattify the surface, but I'm working with an artist on creating large-scale (around 45" wide) etched mirrors, and I wanted some advice.

1. The resist will be a really intricate design made from laser-cut vinyl
2. Etch-all and Armor-Etch both come in really small serving-sized bottles -- is there a bulk version or cheaper/industrial alternative?
3. Would you suggest Armor-Etch (the paste) or Etch-all (very liquidy liquid) for such a process?

Thanks guys! I have some ideas on what kinds of acids I might obtain, but I thought you guys might know better :)

Hair falls - bonus photo!

This is just to show the length of the falls I posted photos of a while back.
Thanks for looking! :)

*I didn't really find anything terribly helpful or inspirational on this topic in the memories, so I come bearing questions. How does one pimp one's agenda - and, more specifically, deal with the spiral binding? Mine has a really ugly cover that I would like to, well, cover completely with decoupage/collage/attractive printed images and card stock (the agenda's from the dollar store, so it's in serious need of a makeover), but the binding holding it together is spiral, and that makes the cover difficult to re-cover/ work with. I'm considering taking the spiral out, pasting card stock and whatever else I want on the cover, and then hoping to God that I can get the spiral binding back in and put the agenda back together, but I'm wondering if anyone has a better idea about how to do this. I'd appreciate any input.

Hopefully, I'll have some pics of the pimped out agenda soon - and possibly even some other crafts.

crafting meet-ups?

Do these happen? I checked the tags and didn't see anything, but I would love to meet some like-minded crafting girls! Anyone interested? I do a lot of sewing, vintage stuff, and paper craft, and I'm in Baltimore.

Do you guys know where I can buy pre made 32 ct match boxes? I guess I could buy match boxes and then dump out the matches but that seems wasteful (I don't really have a reason for tons of matches). This might be a toughie, I live in Canada. I am making a trip to the states this weekend though. Anyone know where I can get them?
