chocolate making
hey all , i need some advice on chocolate making
i have an idea in mind but i need to make the chocolate colored.
i tried to "dye" white chocolate with red food coloring [while i melted the white chocolate] but ended up with a very streaked effect.
has anyone tried making chocolate in different colors before?
i'm trying to make sushi shaped chocolate for valentine's day hence i need them in red, yellow and green.
if this fails , i'll try marzipan...any one who has done that before??
