more christmas cards

oh, right. i've done a lot of stuff and haven't posted pictures. i made more holiday cards -- this is the set i made for my boyfriend to give out. he asked if i had any with snowmen, and i didn't, but i made a couple of them. the rest are all "winter wonderland". i also made a "winter disasters" prototype card --- it had a house on the front with snow falling, then on the inside a ton of snow and you could just barely see the roof, and the words "hope the holidays aren't too much for you this year!" --- i didn't get to take pictures of that though.

anyway, here are more of the cards i did behind the lj-cut. and also, an envelope i did for my friend because i just like how i wrote the "to" and "from" part to look like stitches. ha ha ha.









ALSO.... and gosh i hope my boyfriend doesn't secretly come onto craftgrrl because this is part of his holiday gift ---- in addition to a little book about us with pictures, i took a bottle (from cold coffee) that i had and filled it with little fortune-style papers. each one has an off-the-top-of-my-head reason why i love him, or thing i love about us and our relationship. xmas eve = special day for us, it's our "i-love-you-versary" ha ha.. #1! pictures of the book after christmas, as promised in a previous post, but here's pictures of the bottle. i didn't do too much besides just make the strips of paper, but i think it turned out cute. inside that bottle are 4 pages of paper cut into strips. O_o i had a LOT of trouble stuffing it and making sure it all fit.
