Craftgrrl update
Well, we are up to 4772 members on the community. We have 1893 entries into the faq, and the ones we are getting are often great explanations and tutorials. You guys are amazing and creative! Good job all around.
I noticed we have a lot of people looking over screen printing, but we have very little in the faq. Is it possible for one of you screen printing divas to write up a little explanation, or how to, on what is required and how it works? Oh, and bonus points for anything on printing gocco's because everyone wants to know what they are, and such. I really want to get some posts on that in the faq because of the interest.
On a different note, I need to make a gentle reminder that we had changed our posting policy several months back on "What should I get . . . . for a gift" posts. We were getting so many of these at one point it was very difficult to find anything else. We have changed the user info to state:
Because of the shear volume of posts dealing with the generic question of "what do I get for my ...." we are going to ask that you post those to the community![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
crafty_gifts because that is not the primary focus here, and we can not keep up with it. If you don't know what to get someone, read the faq memories. If you have a specific question from there ask away. Thank you.
We will be removing the posts now, and we won't be giving any warnings. There are just too many posts to read and go over. I am sorry for the change, but with close to 5000 members we will be focusing on show and tell, how to's, and helping each other with specific crafty quesitions.
