I'm helping work on my school's senior class float and our theme is the 80s. I went out to buy the cheapest neon paint I could find. I bought this kids' paint that was really bright (and for 16oz was only 1.99).
The problem is it's pretty thin and not very opaque. Any ideas on how I can thicken it a bit without changing the color [much]?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks guys. :D
