Okay crafty ladies - this is a question that goes out to all beadweavers on the site.
So I like looming and I dabble in peyote stitch and tonight I tried doing some caged bead styles. I am coming along well with the technique but something is just not right with it. I can't put my finger on what causes this to happen, but I cannot seem to keep my peyote stitch or this new caged bead pattern to stay taut when I am doing it. I am using some high quality embroidery floss without beeswax. So I guess my question to the experienced weavers is: #1, should I change my medium of thread? or #2, should I begin using some beeswax? or #3, HELP!! Give suggestions!!!!?
Haha, anyway, please offer me some advice, I am getting quite frustrated! ;)
