help a girl out!
i wanna make the skirt...i don't have a pattern and i have TONS of questions

Questions:
1) does the top of the skirt look like denim to you too? would this work?
2)how would you go about making the purple underpart? i was thinking of dying white crillion i have brite purple then makeing a sort of cirlcle skirt (like cut big donuts out of it) you guys this this would work? how many layers should i use?
