craftgrrl | well its about time that lj got fixed and i could post this!!

Since Valentine's Day is coming up, I've been sitting trying to think of ideas that i could do for my boyfriend and came up with a few things....

I have 2 yards of dark blue fleece that I bought to sew the edges and make into a blanket for us to cuddle up under that I'm going to give him... I'm also going to sew him a pillow case out of this cute fabric that i bought that has clouds and some silver shimmer to it. I'm thinking of lining the edge of it with some pretty white ribbon and taking some fabric paint and putting a short quote about dreams or something. I'm also going to make him some chocolates out of these Valentines molds that I bought, and I'm thinking about buying some material that has guitars and music notes on it and covering a binder with it to fill with guitar tabs that I find to his favorite songs so he has a book of them.

I'm still working on ideas to do for him.... i'm thinking about making some chocolate sauce for our v-day night *grin* I'm still working on ideas of things to do for him though... but so far I've got some ideas to keep myself busy :-)

I'm also working on making some belts for my friends... I finally went through my bag of assorted ribbons and found 2 that are similar in design but different colors, and I'm gonna get some D rings and sew the ribbon on them to make belts! I'll post pics as soon as I get them done hopefully :-)
