craftgrrl | guitar pic earring ideas?

hi grrls. a while back there was an awesome post about an earring made out of a guitar pic. and i have a guitar pic from a *crush* but its plain. no neat skull on mine :( i was wondering what i could do to spiff it up a little. right now its just plain grey and the normal guitar pic size. i think.. ! i was thinking a star sticker... but thats not crafty at all! any ideas? what would stick to it since its kinda... slipperyish. paint wise.
anyways, any ideas/suggestions/comments would be much appreciated! rock on
