BJD MSD Clothes?

I'm wondering if anyone on the comm has an MSD sized BJD? I just got my first BJD, and she's an AngelRegion Dana, which is MSD sized. I've been completely unable to sew for her because, quite frankly, I fail at sewing. :\ So I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a few easy sewing projects that I could do to get better at sewing and actually use them for my doll.

Also, please note that I have no idea how patterns work, or how they go together. So if you're going to try to give me patterns, please explain to me how they work. :\
