Hello! I'm looking for some help.

I'm giving my friends paintings this year for christmas because that's really all I can afford right now.

My friend Tiffany is in love with Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers brand, so I'm painting her the banana from the brand.

I need some help with the outline:

Here's the original image.

Here's what I have so far. You can't really see but there are two different whites, one is a bright white, a base for the yellow and one is more of the banana "flesh" colour. And the pink colour looks off because I took the picture outside and there's a shadow on it.

This is a close up of the detail. It's canvas board, not an actual canvas.

I'm not sure how to go about the black bold-ish outline. I'm afraid if I attempt to paint it, it will come out wobbly. Could I use a sharpie to do it and go over it a couple of times? Or will the canvas texture of the board cause it to bleed? Or maybe a paint pen?

This is only the second real painting I've done so I'm not super knowledgeable about painting. Can anyone help?
