2 questions!
1)hey i have this really cute dress that i don't want to have as a dress. I want to make it a separate top and matching skirt. how would I go about that?
2) I have a piece of fabric that I want to make into a skirt but instead of using zippers and buttons (it's really a flimsy material) I want to use elastic. Where can I get some and how would I do it?
