Little historical felt dolls

A commissioned Aztec princess, inspired by the work of a fellow deviantartist (http://karracaz.deviantart.com/).
The beading still has plenty of room for improvement (Oh, symmetry, why to you elude me so?!), but I'm very proud of her.
All the feathers but the two red ones come from cruelty-free sources.

And it wouldn't be one of my posts without a Tudor in it somewhere, would it? =)
Here's Henry VIII, inspired by one of Holbein's portraits of History's favorite serial husband.
And I threw in a gratuitous shot of his cod piece for good measure. =D

Madame de Pompadour, inspired by one of her beautiful Boucher portraits.
This doll was an absolute pleasure to work on and even the tiny ribbon roses, which I had thought would be a nightmare to make, turned out to be quite easy and fun! =)
I consider her one of my most beautiful dolls to this day. <3
...Then again, I think that of practically every doll I make, so do take my opinion with a grain of salt. ;)
