any suggestions on how to make an old work shirt [think golf shirt =6] look nice? i was thinking of making it a halter...think it'd look good? i wanna make it wearable because it's from sanrio surprises and how i love the memories it has. also, is it easiest to make smaller [form-fitting] by slicing the back and sewing back? thanks in advance!

p.s. how well does spray paint stay on t-shirts?
