Hey all!
I know there were questions a while back about where to get personalized labels...I ordered some from this company and they're pretty cool. You can put anything you want on the label, word-wise!

I have been feverishly looking through the lj communities for people who will make clothes.

I have the patterns, fabric and notions, I just need someone to whip them up for me.

This would be a coupla kimono tops, simple summer dress and a coupla toddler outfits.

Any ideas?

I'm so smart that I forgot all about fabric cutting scissors, ugh!

I can't go out and get some, so I was wondering, can normal scissors cut fabric too? Thanks.

stupid schooltrip :S

OK so heres the deal,
29 april it is my birthday, ill be turning 17. however, my school decided to plan a little trip to the UK on that date and i cant not go. (supposedly its to improve my english, im dutch so yea but i have the best grades of the entire class, that is, no mistakes EVERY test and i still have to go -_-) its to a little place called colchester. now i dont know alot about colchester except they have a clock museum. (how boring :/)

i have to get on the boat at 6:40 AM, and i wont be home till 12 AM.
so, ill be there a long while, ON MY BIRTHDAY. :(

im pretty sad about this, now does anyone know some fun chainstores from the UK or stores in colchester?
or anything to do the entire day for that matter? x(

i don't think is has ever been posted before, but i was wondering how do you make a hula skirt?

i think i have an idea of how to make it, but i'm afraid that i might not be using the right materials or if it has to be sewn a different way.
