Since half of you guys can't see the photos, here's a link instead

Here's a LINK to the pictures of my latest purse. This is the one that some of you couldn't see the photos of. Let me know if there's any problems!

FIRST Zippered Pouch

This is the first pouch with a zipper I have made. I am not usually so crafty with zippers, but I am to proud of myself!

Fun with Glue and Beer! (I kid, I kid!)

My husband homebrews. He also likes to try a lot of different beers and to cut down on costs, he recycles the bottles for home use. Have you ever really looked at labels on beer bottles? There is some mighty fine art on them. Mighty fine.

With that said, I looked at the labels and saw "CRAFT PROJECTS!" We soaked the labels, gently peeled them off the bottles and let them dry. I have managed to collect quite a few labels. Here is just a small sampling of what I have gotten so far....

Great website for retail supplies

I just found this website and it looks like it has a lot of awesome stuff. Plus it appears to be Canadian! (I know most of you won't appreciate this but all the canucks out there will).

No I don't work for this company or anything, I just thought others might find this as useful as I am.

i have a ton of bottle caps that i want to make a bead curtain out of.

how would i go about doing this? what kind of string/wire should i use? i don't want them all on top of one another, i'd rather have space in between each bottlecap. what should i use as the "placeholders" for each cap so they don't slide down onto the next one?

any advice or other ideas with the general theme would be greatly appreciated.

Stuffed animal ideas?

Hi!

So, I'm new to this community (found out about it through vaginapagina -- totally different vibe there, of course) and I think the stuff you guys have produced is really amazing. Anyway, my friend is having a baby and I kind of want to make a little stuffed animal for the kid -- I can knit, but my sewing skills aren't the strongest (although I do have a sewing machine). I think I saw a little bunny on here stuffed with beans, which was just adorable. Does anyone have any suggestions/patterns/design ideas that are REALLY simple?

Thanks in advance!

going away giftbags

I just put in my two weeks at my job. I was there for 5 years. I wanted to do something for my nice coworkers (all four of them). Here's what I did:
