historical knit stuffies!

Hello everyone!  This is my first post here :)

Anyway, I've just gotten into knitting in the past few months, and being a history nerd, decided I should knit my favorite historical figure!  He's my second finished object that wasn't a lame, holey scarf  :)

The Marquis de Lafayette:

  









 


I used the basic doll pattern from the Knitted Icons book.  I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's a novice (and has an abbreviation dictionary)
