Before:

"Grandma" shirt.


After:

Something more wearable. It can be worn buttoned or unbuttoned. It has an elastic band because I originally wanted to make a skirt out of the shirt, but I decided later on that I probably wouldn't wear it as a skirt.


Before:

White Jacket. For this particular project I used the jacket's inside lining, which was blue & white tshirt-like fabric. The picture above shows what I had to work with. The rest of the white fabric will be used for a future reconstruction. Stay tuned! ;p


After:


I used every bit of the blue & white fabric. Nothing was left over. There wasn't enough of the same fabric to make a back side and I didn't want to use a different one, so I decided to make strips instead.

Haha, I know it looks silly! But it doesn't matter, I'll just end up wearing a cardigan over it anyway. :]
