craftgrrlI'm trying my hand at carving peach pits, starting with baskets and moving from there.
Is there a polish I can use on it so it's smoother and darker? I've been sanding and such, but dry peach pits feel coarse even with it. Scouring the intraweb, I found one reference to linseed oil as a polish.
Is there a polish that is used on regular wood that could work?
