First Print with the Gocco
Jul. 2nd, 2008 09:39 pmAlthough you can find a gazillion Gocco picture tutorials online nowadays (and Etsy even has a how-to video up), I still wanted to share my first experience printing with my Gocco.

Printed images fresh off the presses (aka my crappy inkjet printer)

All of my supplies laid out on the work table.

Vintage suitcase holding some Gocco supplies, including my inks.

Me being a dork.

Flash bulb.

Flash bulbs in the lid thing.

Putting the lid in its place.

Images lined up and ready to be burned onto the screen.

The freshly burned screen held up to my desk lamp.

It's out of focus, but the colors of my cards and envelopes are more accurate in this picture.

Putting foam around the words so the colors won't mix.

The inks used- my two favorite colors.

The screen has been inked.

The first print- a little smudged, but fine by me.

Without the flash.

On brown you can't see the green as well, but I like how the blue stands out.

Chocolate and vanilla.

Inky.
