The Independent Personal Care Business neighborhood, to be exact.

Earlier this summer I made a posted in my own journal and a few communities concerning the FDA Globalization Act of 2008.

Well, here we go again: Another hearing on the matter will be held this week in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday August 5th.

I again urge everyone who is remotely connected to independent business, be you consumer or creator, to look into this piece of legislation and tell your congressmen and women exactly how you feel about having your choices in body care (among other things) further limited by the government.

Don't delay; the time to act is now.
