craftgrrlOnce upon a time my friends and I wanted to go clubbing; one friend lamented her lack of shirts that show off her tattoo so after a not so quick trip to a thrift store and 20 minutes of sewing
It's a halter that used to be a long sleeved blouse and has the desired effect of showing off the tattoo.
