charlotte teaches the violin to horrid children who smack their chewing gum and pull at her hair and skirts. they spit into her rosin, leave greasy handprints on her best lace shawls and have even been known to steal her bow. she doesn't know quite what she's done to deserve this sort of beastly treatment, but she's sure it must've been something.
