New crafts for baby!
Dec. 1st, 2008 03:13 pmHey there grrl's.
Here's some new stuff my little fingers have been workin on.
First up is a commission I did for a friend. Her son's name is Jack, and she just asked for anything nautical themed.
An anchor shelf.

Sail boat coat pegs.

And a painting of a ship's wheel that was made out of recycled album covers.

The ship's wheel was painted, then cut out, and floated on top of another album cover that I painted with red and white stripes.

The gold ribbon hanger.

These are some "Baby's First Christmas" ornaments that I made for the holidays.

And finally, the latest and greatest (really, the latest. I JUST finished it about 10 minutes ago), a shadow box sky with a "flying" paper crane.

The big box is about 8" long, and the two smaller ones are about 3".
The background is light blue, with cotton ball "clouds".

The paper crane is made from recycled magazines.

That's all for now.
Thanks for looking! :)
