craftgrrlI made this skirt, in the most cheat-tastic way possible. I put a 5/8" hem along the top of 3 yards of fabric (that I cut in half and used as 2 layers since it was so thin) and ran some elastic through the hem. I didn't even have to hem it because the bottom edge is the selvage.
I also made a sunbonnet this evening. It's both ironic and functional.
