craftgrrlNext week is the bi-annual Bloggers’ Quilt Festival hosted by Amy at Park City Girl from October 9 through to October 16.
If you’re a quilter, and have a blog and would like to be part of the festival, all you have to do is choose a favourite quilt that you’ve made do a post about it. If you’ve already done a post about it, you may wish to revamp it, or simply do a re-post.
From last spring’s quilt festival, I can advise that if you have good pictures and nice talky-talky to go along with it, you’ll get good response.
Then, during that week, go to her blog and post a link to that post (not your whole blog, because when you’re looking at nearly a thousand quilts you don’t want to have to scroll!), and that’s it! Prepare for traffic, comments, new quilty friends and maybe even a prize!
