craftgrrlI remember someone posting about this kind of tutu and decided to try one myself.
You tie the pieces onto an elastic and voila!
My only problem is that the elastic lost its stretch. Any idea what I did wrong? Maybe the fabric is tied on too tight? I can't see that stopping the elastic from stretching altogether though. Weeeird.
