I need help, Summer is about to hit and my niece is going to turn four. This year we have selected an outdoor princess theme for the party. Id love some creative solutions to make this a top notch princess party on a budget. Let me add this will be in Florida heat and we will be adding a pool element to this party but any other cold or water related ideas that are four year old friendly are welcome.
