so I'd like to make a magnet board out of old vinyl records.

trouble is, magnetic paint is a pesky shade of grey.

if i painted over the gray with a nice matte black, do you think there's a chance it could Blend Right In, or would it just would look too ridiculous?

(i ask this like there are hundreds of people with experience painting on old records.)
