batik instructions?

hi, i'm new here! i've been on lj for a while, but i never thought to look up craft groups until today.

i've been thinking about trying my hand at batiking and figured i'd ask you chicas - has anyone here tried doing their own batik? can anyone recommend any links/sites with instructions?
