For this project I sanded a 99 cent frame from goodwill and spray painted it a pleasing shade of hot pink. I had some thick foam board leftover from a previous bulletin board project, so I cut it to size, spray painted it white, and sprayed it with adhesive. Next I attached a white little boy's pocket tee, holding it in place in the back with a combination of elmers glue and thumbtacks. Finally I glued it into the frame, stuck it with colorful button thumbtacks, and added the necessary writing paraphernalia. This is nothing special, really, but I've always desired a bulletin board with a handy pocket to stick on my dorm room door.
