I have a question. sorry if it is a repeat!
Ok, so I have this stretchy fabric, and im going to make a skirt with it tonight. Now, I know there are things you have to do differently when you sew with knits and stuff.
I heard you stretch it out first and then sew it...will it then stretch back?
And I know that if I just sew it as it is it won't sew?
Any other ideas?
I know you're supposed to match the thread type to the fabric type, so since the material is 100% polyester knit, i got polyester thread.I dont know if stretchy thread exists.
I need to make this tonight because it has to hang overnight before i hem it. and i need it soon.
