Making your own day planner?

Any of you craftgrrls that are also members of glitter may be familiar with this idea. Seeing as its getting towards back to school / collge / uni time, are any of you making your own day planners? How are you going to go about it? What will you include? I tried to get the info from the glitter board, but the original thread was lost and nobody seems to have saved it.
Are you making any other school supplies?
