guitar pick gift

one of my friend's birthdays is coming up, and I got a hold of a local band that she's in love with and they're sending me one of their guitar picks to give her. the problem is, I'm not quite sure what to do with it. I want to present it nicely, so I was thinking of getting a small picture frame and decoupaging (sp?) a guitar over it with a cut-out framing the pick, but that seems a little too cheesy for me. she's really into music (studying to manage bands--especially punk ones), so I want it to fit her taste. what else would you crafty kids suggest to complement the pick? I don't want to make it into jewelry though; I'm not sure that that's her thing. thanks for any suggestions you can offer! ciao.
