idea for a bag

craftgrrlI don't have any kids so this never really crossed my mind. I found (one of my nephews) old navy overalls. Size 24-30 months. Green corduroy. The way it was folded it looked like it could be a great bag. leaving the front and back pockets intact. I was wondering has anyone ever made a bag this way, or what I should do about the straps. Any ideas will be appreciated.
