craftgrrl | patterns for buckethats? (Reply)

Hi everyone, I had a question. I was hoping that someone in this community would have a pattern for making a hat of this sort. I know of this hat being called a "bucket hat" but I'm not sure if that's its real name, or just what some people refer to it has. If anyone knows of a webpage that has patterns for it, or if someone has paper patterns for it, I'd be really grateful. (In the case of paper patterns, I'd be happy to send you a self addressed stamped envelope so you could send it to me without having to front the money.) I would imagine the pattern wouldn't be hard to figure out, but I'm only just learning to sew. My head is pretty darn big, but if you've only a pattern for a small one, that's alright - I've a daughter that's 3 I could make one for, and once I learn, I could possibly size it up for me.
