stuck in a rut
Sep. 11th, 2003 11:54 amHi all,
I think I've only posted here once or twice with a question and everyone was super helpful with their advice. I wish I was posting more about all the hot crafty things I'm making but...I have none.
I remember days where I'd slave over a friends' birthday gift and admire it proudly when I was finished...days where painting, decorating, gluing, cutting, coloring, etc were things I never lacked motivation to do.
But now, I have lost my mojo. I blame college, because I studied computer science, and there wasn't much room for artsy creativity in my monotonous routine. And now that I've graduated and have plenty of free evenings for crafting, I instead make easy mac, watch Paradise hotel, and sluggishly mope around my apartment. Plus, I suck.
I need inspiration. A pep talk. What do you guys do when you feel as though you're lazy, boring and uncreative?
Thanks in advance.
