well, 'ello there. i'm new here. don't beat me!! ;)

i'm thinking about sewing my own quilt/comforter, but i'd like to sew it out of a fuzzy black fabric. i'm just getting back into sewing, so if anyone could issue recommendations as to what sort of fabric would be best to use, it would be much appreciated. thanks! :)

i made a community. ^_^ i was looking around in livejournal land and noticed that a lot of people have stuff like stealing and shoplifting on their interests, and are always mentioning how they paid a whole five fingers for something and i noticed.....there were no communities about stealing. but, there is now. i made a community about stealing. sir_ganksalot

Anyone here ever made a mobile? Someone asked me to make them one, and I've never done it before. Any tips? What kind of materials should I use?
