It is funny that so many post's have been made on these recently when I have been meaning to do so myself. Anyway, my friend's baby shower is coming up. I was thinking of making these jars into gel candle holders for favors. Pink ones with a girly scent and blue ones with a boy scent. I am thinking of making a large label that says "Laura's Baby Food" and then another for ingredients. The girls will be "sugar spice and everything nice" and the boy "snails and puppy dog tails". So what do you girls think? I trust your opinions since you are all oh so crafty! Is there anything I should change or add? Thank you so much for your help. I will post the final product!

Ok so I am making this CD for my boyfriend-we are celebrating Valentine's Day tomorrow so I have time, but I wanted to personalize the front of the CD and I just realized that my CD stomper kit is missing (I don't have any labels). I was wondering if you guys know of anything I could do to the cover of this CD to make it more personalized-it just has lines on it and says the brand and such...not very romantic. Of course, I want him to be able to listen to it-so it can't interfere with the CD player he uses. Anything I can do? I am just not sure what will work! Thanks in advance!

I have a bunch of vinyl binders that have gold leafing on them. Does anyone know what I might be able to use to get the gold leafing off of the binders or if it's even possiable without damaging the vinyl binders?

Thanks in advance for your help :D

I have inherited a white loveseat from my grandmother's house and it is covered in plastic. I guess the plastic was used to keep my cousins and I from making it dirty or whatever. I HATE the plastic and I want to take it off but I heard that if I take the plastic off it would ruin the fabric. Is that even true? Also, does anyone know of cheap ways to spruce it up?

Thanks so much!

Looking for a last minute crafty Valentine's Day gift idea?
Want to do something else with duct tape other than seal up your house?

Nothing says both "I love you" and "I'm preparing us for terrorist attacks" this Valentine's Day like giving your significant other a duct tape rose.

Found at ducttapefashion.com.

what are the rules for painting on vinyl (like a shower curtain)?

and acrylic paints will work on a bath rug wouldn't it? they don't wash out of fabrics, so would it be safe to assume it wouldnt wash out of a rug?

thanks guys :o)
