Iron On Transfers
Oct. 28th, 2003 09:37 pmAlright I need help! My sister won a make your own transfer thing from a baby shower. It's made by Artisan. Anyways...basically you can take photos, magazine articles etc, and put it on virtually anything. OR SO I THOUGHT! Okay I'm an Orlando Bloom fan...he's an obsession...not like "Oh my god he's hot obsession." But he's an obsession. Well I got the crazy idea to put a favorite picture I have of him, on my favorite black hoody...it would be original etc etc. So we went ahead and followed the directions of this thing, and after it was finnished and we went to iron it on it wouldn't stick. So I'm thinking. "Okay maybe I missed a step." And there was a step I didn't understand, so my aunt checked it out and thought that it said to take some goop it came with [[the same stuff that made the transfer]] and goop it onto my hoody, then iron it on. Well not only would it not stick, but the goup that DID stick...it now stuck to my favorite hoody, as well as part of his hair from the picture. So now my favorite hoody is ruined...so I bought a new one. $26 dollars worth [[the other one was like $10 so gah]] and now I want to put Orlando's picture on it, I deserve that much! So any ideas on products I could use to do this, companies maybe, or something? I'm never tryiong that stupid artisan product thing *rolls eyes* IF we missed a step in the instructions then it's their fault because on the box it said it was easy. So yeah I'm stuck. Thanks in advance.
